
PeopleSoft Functional Consultants
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. HR consultants; Base: Chengdu;
2. Communicate with customer business departments or users to clarify the requirements and prepare business requirements reports;
3. Comprehend the business process of key users or business departments;
4. Participate in business research, scheme design, system configuration and development design, function test, online support, etc;
5. Responsible for user trainings;
6. Solve the problems in the process of system operation and abide by project manager;
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Mastered in PeopleSoft modules, such as Core HR, eCompensation, ePeformance, Recruiting, Payroll, etc;
2. At least 3 years experience in PS implementation, independently or under guidance act as project module consultant;
3. The ability of working independently, as well as the spirit of team work; Good teaching and communication skills;
PeopleSoft Technical Consultants
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft projects;
2. System deployment and add-on functions’ development, including pages (Classic and Fluid), reports,approval workflows, interfaces, etc.
3. Compile technical design documents;
4. Assist Functional Consultant with tests, such as unit testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing.
5. Take part in the project implementation with functional consultants;
6. Solve the problems in the process of system operation and other abide by project manager;
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. More than 3-5 years’ experience in PeopleSoft development;
2. Proficient in peoplecode and peopletools, developing page, report and AE program.
3. Familiar with Oracle database, good at SQL;
PeopleSoft Project Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. As project manager, responsible for the implementation of PeopleSoft project; Leading the team to formulate the implementation plan, promote the project progress and achieve the project objectives.
2. Sorting out needs and solutions: to provide and output reasonable customer business solutions through customer business research and sorting, demand analysis.
3. Responsible for project management: project scope, progress, problems, risk management, etc., to ensure the successful delivery of the project;
4. Responsible for project assessment: communication, coordination and management during project implementation; assess project performance of project and project members;
5. Collect and summarize the experience and lessons of project management, forming project practice and organize training.
6. Solve the problems in the process of system operation and other abide by project manager;
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. More than 3-5 years of project implementation experience, at least fully participated in two PeopleSoft implementation projects;
2. Abundant project management experience, familiar with project management knowledge, project management process and project management methods.
3. PMP or rich project management experience is preferred;
